When does Sober October start and end?
October 1st through October 31st - the full month will be packed with of alcohol-free guidance, support, and resources.
What if I slip up during the month?
It is OKAY if you slip up, as long as you keep learning - this journey will look different for everyone. You’ll still get the full benefits of showing up, no matter how the journey unfolds.
How do I access everything?
Once you purchase, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to enroll in the daily text check-ins. Follow the instructions and opt-in. Then, on Sunday, September 31 you’ll get a welcome text with a link to the shared Google Drive where all resources are stored. Personal daily check-ins will start on Monday, October 1.
Do I have to join live calls?
Nope, this challenge is self-paced. Everything is designed to fit into your lifestyle, whether you’re busy with work, family, or travel.
Is this only for people who want to quit drinking forever?
Not at all. This is a mindful experiment, not a lifelong commitment. Many participants are sober-curious and simply want to see how good they can feel without alcohol for a month.
