  • Yes, this program is designed for anyone who wants to reassess their relationship with alcohol—whatever that means for you. There is no need to have a specific end goal in mind…if you know something needs to change this program is for you.

  • The program is 3 months long. Sessions are held virtually on a weekly cadence.

  • No, this program is virtual only.

  • Some people do decide to use the 3 months as a challenge to stay sober, but it is completely up to you!

  • Yes, you will have support from Paige every step of the way. You are welcomed and encouraged to reach out as tough decisions, conversations, and situations come up.

  • Upon signing up for the program, you will get access to the official program workbook with all 60 journal prompts.
