you've made it to day 30.
more than once.
it's the coming back that gets you.
I coach women who function fine in every part of their life except this one. Not AA. Not forever. Something different.
No pitch, no pressure. Just a real conversation.

100+ women coached
IAC certified ✦ no rock bottom required
the loop nobody warns you about
Everyone thinks the hard part is stopping. It isn't. You've stopped before - 30 days, 60, maybe 98. The hard part is what happens next.
The lie was never one drink won't hurt.
The lie is the fact that I lasted 98 days proves I don't need to stop.
Your streak becomes the argument for ending it. You can't willpower your way out of that, because willpower is what built it.
you don't need a rock bottom to want out
The women I work with have never missed a deadline, a school run, or a single thing that mattered. On paper, everything is fine.
- You function well in every area of your life except this one, and it's maddening
- You don't have a stop button - one is fine, it's the fourth that's the problem
- Your whole social life revolves around it and you can't picture the alternative
- You keep restarting. Dry January, a health kick, a 30-day reset. It never quite sticks
- You have people who love you, but nobody who actually gets it
- You're not sure you want to quit forever. You just want it to stop running the show
"I'm a president and CEO. I function very, very well except this one damn area, and it's so frustrating." - a client, on our first call
so is this just AA with a coach?
No. AA works, and for some people it's exactly right - if that's you, go, wholeheartedly. But nearly every woman who books a call brings it up before I do, and says some version of the same thing: that room isn't describing my life.
- · Counting days as the whole strategy
- · A room where you introduce yourself as broken
- · Forever, decided on day one
- · Meetings where you might run into someone you know
- · Built for people who lost everything
- · One person who's been exactly where you are
- · Private, from your kitchen, no room to walk into
- · Three months to find out what you actually want
- · The beliefs underneath, not just the behaviour
- · Built for women whose lives look fine from the outside
One woman told me she stopped going to meetings because someone recognised her there and told other people. You should be able to work on this without it becoming your identity, or public information.
I've been in the loop too.
Ten years in corporate change management. The MBA, the title, the calendar full of things I was good at. I was also a binge drinker who kept proving to herself that a month off meant everything was fine.
I did exactly what you're doing. Take a break, feel amazing, decide the break was proof I didn't need one, start over. For years.
AA didn't fit me. Therapy helped with plenty of things, but nobody I worked with specialised in this. What finally worked was going after the beliefs underneath. That's the work I do now, and it's why I left corporate to do it.
Then
Everything looked fine from the outside, but I was unwell.
Now
Still socializing, living my best life without alcohol.
in their own words
A quote on a card is one thing. Hearing her say it is another.
"It felt exciting instead of scary."
"The happiest I've been in a long time."
"I didn't think this was for someone like me."
"I've honestly never felt better."

you can too.
"I just got an offer from my dream company. We talked about how staying sober is a way to manifest - I remember you had me do that manifestation board. Without your program, I wouldn't have been able to get this offer. I'm still sober and I don't even think about it anymore."
Madison
"Working with Paige was hands down one of the most transformational experiences of my life. She really gets to the root of your personal relationship with alcohol - not just the habit, but the identity behind it."
Christine
"I came in feeling stuck. Through this program I became more confident, clear-minded, and my true authentic self. My sleep, my energy, my mindset - everything shifted."
Halie
"Paige helped me rediscover who I am without alcohol. The way she guided me made the process feel exciting instead of scary."
Laurie
"It feels connected - like talking to a friend rather than a coach - which makes it safe. I left every session feeling lighter and more confident."
Amy
"I've honestly never felt better and I owe this to Paige and her thoughtfully crafted program. I genuinely looked forward to our time together every single week."
Jazzmine
"It's one thing to have a sober coach - it's another to have a powerful and encouraging life coach who not only pours into you but pushes you to realize how strong and determined you are."
