Currently taking new 1:1 clients for this monththe loop nobody warns you about
Most people think the hard part is stopping. It isn't. You've stopped before - 30 days, 60, maybe 98. The hard part is what happens next.
Here's the part that matters: the lie isn't one drink won't hurt. The lie is the fact that I lasted 98 days proves I don't need to stop. Your streak becomes the argument for ending it.
You can't willpower your way out of that, because willpower is what built it. It's a belief problem, and beliefs are what I actually work on.
you don't need a rock bottom to want out
Most of the women I work with have never missed a deadline, a school run, or a single thing that mattered. On paper, everything's fine. 💫
- You function well in every area of your life except this one, and it's maddening
- You don't have a stop button - one is fine, it's the fourth that's the problem
- Your whole social life seems to revolve around it, and you can't picture the alternative
- You keep restarting. Dry January, a health kick, a 30-day reset. It never quite sticks
- You have people who love you, but nobody who actually gets it
- You're not sure you want to quit forever. You just want to stop feeling like it's running the show
"I'm a president and CEO. I function very, very well except this one damn area, and it's so frustrating."
- a client, on our first callso is this just AA with a coach?
No. AA works, and for some people it's exactly right - if that's you, go, wholeheartedly. But almost every woman who books a call with me brings it up before I do, and says some version of: that room isn't describing my life.
- · Counting days as the whole strategy
- · A room where you introduce yourself as broken
- · Forever, decided on day one
- · Meetings where you might run into someone you know
- · A framework built for people who lost everything
- · One person who's been exactly where you are
- · Completely private, from your kitchen, no room to walk into
- · Three months to find out what you actually want
- · Work on the beliefs underneath, not just the behaviour
- · Built for women whose lives look fine from the outside
The privacy piece matters more than people admit. One woman told me she stopped going to meetings because someone recognised her there and told other people. You should be able to work on this without it becoming your identity, or public information.
"Is this actually for me?" - that's the exact question the free call is for.

i've been in the loop too
Then
Everything looked fine from the outside, but I was unwell & binge drinking.
Now
Thriving & I couldn't care less about alcohol.
I spent ten years in corporate change management. I had the MBA, the title, the calendar full of things I was good at. I was also a binge drinker who kept proving to herself that a month off meant everything was fine.
I did the same thing you're doing. Take a break, feel amazing, decide the break was proof I didn't need one, start the whole thing over. For years.
AA didn't fit me. Therapy helped with plenty of things, but nobody I worked with specialised in this. What eventually worked was going after the beliefs underneath - why I thought I needed it, what I thought I'd lose without it, who I thought I was with it. That's the work I do now, and it's why I left corporate to do it.
"You can have all the empathy in the world. But if you're talking to a million people who've never been there, it's just hard."
- a client, on why support alone wasn't enough"but my whole social life revolves around it"
This is the single most common thing women say to me, ahead of health, sleep, and everything else. Not I can't stop. It's I don't know who I am at the wedding, on the girls' trip, at the work thing, without a glass in my hand.
Still socializing, living my best life without alcohol.
Here's what I've noticed. Most people don't need help not drinking. They need a reason other people will accept. That's why Dry January works and the same attempt in April falls apart - January hands you a socially acceptable excuse and April makes you invent one.
So we build yours. What you say, how you say it, what you order, when you leave, how you handle the person who won't drop it. We'll run the actual scenarios before you're standing in them, and I'm reachable in the moment when you're in the bathroom at the reception texting me.
If something big is coming up, say so on the call. 🗓️ A wedding, a trip, the holidays, a birthday you're dreading. Almost every woman I work with had a date on the calendar she wanted to feel different for. That's usually the best possible reason to start now rather than in January.

Three months, one-to-one, built around you. Not a course you work through alone.
think of it as an experiment
You don't have to decide you're done forever. That decision is exactly what keeps people stuck on the edge for years, and I'm not going to ask you to make it.
What I do ask is that you take the three months off, or close to it. Not as a moral position - because you can't evaluate a life you haven't actually tried. Three months is long enough for your sleep to reset, the fog to clear, and for you to find out whether the things you were worried about losing were ever really about the alcohol.
At the end you'll have real information instead of theories. Some women finish and never want to drink again. Others land on genuinely moderate drinking and it holds, because the reasons underneath got dealt with. Both are real outcomes here, and I've seen both plenty of times.
This is coaching, not clinical treatment. It isn't the right fit if you're physically dependent, need a medically supervised detox, or are in crisis right now. If you're not sure which side of that line you're on, book the call anyway and I'll tell you honestly - and point you somewhere better if that's what you need.
what actually changes
A client, at the end of her three months.
- The 6pm negotiation in your head stops. That's the one nobody tells you about, and it's the biggest relief
- You go to the wedding, the trip, the work thing - and you're fine, and you remember it
- You stop starting over. No more day one, no more counting, no more quiet disappointment
- You trust yourself again, because you did what you said you'd do for three months straight
- You sleep. Properly. Most women notice this before anything else
- Other things move too - work, your marriage, what you do with a free evening. This is the part clients don't see coming
women who've done it
"I just got an offer from my dream company. We talked about how staying sober is a way to manifest - without your program, I wouldn't have been able to get this offer. I'm still sober and I don't even think about it anymore."
- Liv"Working with Paige was hands down one of the most transformational experiences of my life. She really gets to the root of your personal relationship with alcohol."
- Madison"I came in feeling stuck. I became more confident, clear-minded, and my true authentic self. My sleep is better, my energy better. This is the happiest I've been in a long time."
- Christine"Paige helped me rediscover who I am without alcohol. The way she guided me made the process feel exciting instead of scary."
- Halie"It feels like talking to a friend rather than a coach, which makes it safe. I felt lighter and more confident after every session."
- Lauriewhat it costs
Three months. Twelve one-to-one sessions. Support between them. One price, same for everyone - no packages to decode, no upsell later.
Most women book the call first. You'll know within 30 minutes whether this is right.

A note on the money. 💜 If the payment plan still isn't workable right now, tell me on the call anyway. I've made things work for people before and I'd much rather hear it than have you decide not to come.
you're probably wondering
What actually happens on the free call?
We talk for 30 minutes on Google Meet. I'll ask where you're at, what you've already tried, and what's coming up that you'd want to feel different for. You'll do most of the talking. At the end I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can help - and if I can't, I'll point you toward something that fits better. There's no slide deck and no hard sell. Several people have left that call with a plan and never worked with me at all, which is fine.
Do I have to quit forever?
No, and you don't have to decide now. I'll ask you to take the three months off so you can properly evaluate it, but where you land afterwards is yours. Plenty of my clients moderate successfully afterwards. Plenty decide they'd rather not drink at all. You'll know a lot more in three months than you do today.
Am I "bad enough" for this?
Most of my clients don't think they have a problem. They function well, nobody's ever raised a concern, and that's exactly why they've been stuck for years - there's no external crisis forcing the issue. If it's taking up space in your head, that's reason enough. You don't have to justify wanting your life to feel better.
Will anyone find out?
Only if you tell them. Sessions are private and confidential, they happen wherever you are, and there's no group, no room, and nobody you might run into. Some clients tell their partner, some tell nobody for months. Both are fine.
What if I slip while we're working together?
Then we look at it, and it becomes some of the most useful material we have. Slips aren't failures here and you won't lose your progress or start from zero. The guilt spiral afterwards does more damage than the drink itself, and that's a big part of what we work on.
What does a session actually look like?
An hour of real conversation. I ask a lot of questions, we find the belief underneath whatever came up that week, and we work on it directly. Sometimes that's mindset coaching, sometimes it's EFT tapping or a guided visualisation, which I'll record and send to you. It's practical, not floaty.
Is this therapy?
No, I'm a certified coach, not a therapist, and this doesn't replace mental health care. A lot of my clients see a therapist at the same time and the two work well together - therapy tends to look backwards, coaching looks at what you're doing next.
Does this work if my partner still drinks?
Yes, and that's the majority of my clients. What matters is whether they're supportive, not whether they're drinking. We'll work on how you handle it at home, how you talk about it, and how to keep it from turning into a thing between you.
What if I can't afford it right now?
The payment plan splits it into three. If that's still out of reach, my seasonal group challenge is a genuinely good place to start and several of my 1:1 clients came through it. Book the call anyway and tell me where you're at - I'd rather know than have you disappear.
let's just talk 💜
Thirty minutes on Google Meet. Here's exactly what happens:
- ✦You tell me where you're at and what you've already tried
- ✦We look at what's actually keeping the loop going
- ✦I tell you honestly whether I can help - or who can
